| Once we are awarded a project, that is
when we really start to shine - making all of the preparations to ensure your
project is done correctly and as expected. We prepare a detailed safety plan
and review it with the project management team. |

| At CDR, we get busy right away preparing a
job packet for the field to refer to. Our estimator who will oversee the
project (as project manager) will review the entire scope of work and all the
plans. We bring in the superintendent/foreman who is going to provide the
day-to-day supervision and review everything together. Once we get rolling, you
will know what our other customers are talking about when they say that we've
"raised the bar". |
